Welcome to GoaAlerts! These terms govern your use of our flight price alert service. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

            The short version: We send you flight alerts for free. You can unsubscribe anytime. We're not responsible if you miss a deal or prices change. Don't abuse the service.
        

1. What GoaAlerts Does

GoaAlerts is a free flight price alert service that:

Monitors London to Goa flight prices
Sends you SMS alerts when prices drop below your budget
Provides links to book flights through third-party websites (like Skyscanner)

2. What GoaAlerts Is Not

To be clear, we are:

Not a travel agent — We don't book flights or handle payments
Not an airline — We don't set prices or guarantee availability
Not a price guarantee — Prices can change between our alert and when you book

3. The Service Is Free

GoaAlerts is free to use. We make money through affiliate partnerships — when you book a flight through our links, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This helps us keep the service running.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using GoaAlerts, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact information
Use a UK phone number (+44) that you own or have permission to use
Not abuse the service (e.g., signing up multiple times to spam)
Not use the service for any illegal purposes
Verify prices before booking — our alerts are informational, not guarantees

5. Message Frequency

When you sign up for GoaAlerts:

Flight alerts: Sent when prices drop below your budget. Frequency varies based on market conditions — could be daily during sales, or weekly during normal periods.
Community updates (if opted in): Occasional messages about Goan events and culture. No more than 2-4 per month.

Standard messaging rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

6. Opting Out

You can unsubscribe at any time by:

Replying STOP to any message
Emailing hello@goaalerts.com

We'll stop all messages within 24 hours of your request.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate flight prices, but:

Prices are sourced from third-party APIs and may have delays
Prices can change between when we check and when you book
Airlines may have additional fees not reflected in our alerts
Availability is not guaranteed

Always verify the final price on the booking website before purchasing.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoaAlerts is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:

Missed alerts due to technical issues or network problems
Price changes between our alert and your booking
Any losses from relying on our alerts
Issues with third-party booking websites
Flight cancellations, delays, or other airline issues

Our maximum liability is limited to £10 (the cost of nothing, since we're free!).

9. Third-Party Links

Our alerts contain links to third-party websites (Skyscanner, airline sites, etc.). We are not responsible for:

Their privacy practices
Their terms of service
Any transactions you make on their platforms

10. Changes to Service

We may:

Update these terms at any time (we'll notify you of significant changes)
Modify or discontinue features
Suspend accounts that violate these terms

11. Intellectual Property

The GoaAlerts name, logo, and website content are our property. You may not use them without permission, except to share our service with friends (please do!).

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in English courts.
